Porter Flea Holiday Market 2026 is a juried and curated two-day indoor market celebrating the best in modern handmade goods.
To be considered, please submit your completed application and the $25 non-refundable application fee by 11:59 PM CST on Sunday, October 11, 2026. Late or incomplete applications will not be reviewed.
All applications are carefully evaluated by our jury team, and applicants will be notified of their status by Monday, October 26, 2026.
Jury Criteria
Applications are reviewed primarily on:
- Quality of craftsmanship
- Creativity and originality
- Seasonal relevance
- Strong branding and presentation
In addition to individual merit, we curate each market to create a balanced, diverse mix of artists and makers that provides an exceptional shopping experience for attendees.
Vendor Guidelines
- Table and chair rentals are available. Pipe and drape will not be provided.
- All work must be original and handmade by the applying artist or maker.
- Vintage merchandise may only be sold as a complement to your handmade work. Vintage-only booths will not be accepted.
- Returning vendors should introduce at least 25% new merchandise to help keep each Porter Flea market fresh and inspiring.
- Artists sharing a booth will each be reviewed individually during the jury process.
- Branded handmade collectives and mobile retail concepts are welcome to apply.

Porter Flea, Inc. Vendor Agreement & Release
By participating as a vendor in Porter Flea Holiday Market (the "Activity"), you acknowledge that your participation constitutes acceptance of the following Agreement and Release.
1. Participation
Participation in the Activity is subject to Porter Flea's sole discretion. Porter Flea reserves the right to modify the details, scope, or operation of the Activity and may terminate a vendor's participation at any time, with or without cause.
2. Compliance & Insurance
Vendor agrees that they, along with their employees, contractors, and representatives, will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and all policies established by Porter Flea and its affiliated entities.
Vendor further represents and warrants that:
- Products offered are lawful, safe, and suitable for sale.
- No products infringe upon the intellectual property or other rights of any third party.
- Vendor maintains adequate insurance covering any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Activity, and such insurance shall be primary to any other available coverage.
3. Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vendor, on behalf of themselves and their heirs, successors, assigns, executors, and representatives, releases and forever discharges Porter Flea, its parent companies, affiliates, members, managers, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, volunteers, venue partners, and representatives (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all claims, demands, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, expenses, or causes of action arising out of or relating to participation in the Activity.
This release includes, without limitation, claims involving personal injury, property damage, economic loss, negligence, or any other damages, whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential, including those arising in whole or in part from the acts or omissions of any Released Party.
4. Indemnification
Vendor agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
- Vendor's participation in the Activity; or
- Any breach of this Agreement by Vendor.
5. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.
Any legal action relating to this Agreement or the Activity must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Davidson County, Tennessee. Vendor consents to the jurisdiction of those courts and knowingly waives any right to a jury trial.
If any provision of this Agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
This Agreement is intended solely for the benefit of the parties and does not create any rights or remedies for any third party.
